So there I was, 3 months into my journey with this ancestral Ethiopan remedy, thinking about what I was going to do now that I’d officially run out….
You see…
Ever since I first noticed my hair thinning, I'd been part of this online forum...
You know the type - a bunch of guys sharing their hair loss woes, comparing notes on the latest 'miracle' cures...
Most of the time, it was pretty depressing stuff...
I'd mostly been a lurker, occasionally chiming in with my failed minoxidil and finasteride experiments...
But after three months of using this tribal concoction, I figured I owed it to the group to share my experience...
So, late one night, I posted my story...
The whole thing - my disastrous date, the trip to Ethiopia, the weird "Mudun Aleefa" method...
I even threw in a couple of before and after pics, nothing fancy, just the pictures I’ve shared in this article…
I went to bed not expecting much but boy, was I wrong….
I woke up to about 50 notifications. Guys were going nuts:
"Dude, your hair actually looks... better?"
"What's in this stuff? Asking for a friend"
"Ethiopian Minoxidil FTW!"
I responded to as many comments and DM’s as I could, but one message stood out…
It was from a guy called Owen, another ‘lurker’ I assumed….
'Fascinating results. I'm the founder of Noor Hair, and we've been exploring natural hair loss
solutions. Would love to chat more about your experience. DM me if you're interested.'
I almost dismissed it as spam. But I checked the user's post history - legit comments about hair loss studies, product formulations….
This wasn't some random troll….
So, I took a chance and sent a DM.
That DM turned into a Zoom call….
The Zoom call turned into an invitation to Noor's lab in Miami….
And before I knew it, I was sitting across from Owen and Samira Nader, Noor's head of R&D, with my little bottle of tribal oil between us.
She's a leading medical researcher with a passion for ‘Integrative & Holistic Dermatology’
A fancy way of saying she was obsessed with creating natural solutions for hair loss…
Samira Nader is not just any researcher. She's the cream of the crop.
